Open Dated Tickets
Are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email followed by an e-voucher which is redeemed for your tickets when you visit. These are not issued by post.

Visiting on Saturday?
It is essential to book in your flexi ticket if you wish to visit Vinopolis on a Saturday during the 6 month period.

Pre-booked tickets
These require you to provide us with the date and time of your visit and are collected from the Ticket Office on arrival.
