Your visit begins with a 15-minute 'How to Taste Wine' session with one of our wine experts where you will learn how to 'swirl, sniff and slurp' like a pro. These sessions run every half hour and then you are free to practice your newfound wine tasting skills as you discover the different interactive tasting and educational zones, exploring different wine-making processes, discovering how climate affects flavours, and learning more about your own taste profile - you never know, you might surprise yourself with a new favourite!
