Open Dated Tickets
You will receive a confirmation email followed by an e-voucher which is redeemed for your tickets when you visit. These are not issued by post.
Pre-booked tickets
These require you to provide us with the date and time of your visit and are collected from the Ticket Office on arrival.
Tickets purchased on-line are non-refundable and the date is non transferable. Tickets must be used within the specific date or period chosen and will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Please note that restrictions apply on public holidays & during December. All prices include VAT and restaurant Service Charge. Meal & tour must be taken on the same day. Meal reservations are only available at 12.00, 12.30, 13.00 13.30, 18.00, 18.30, 19.00, 19.30, 20.00, 20.30 and 21.00. For lunch time booking tour is to be taken after meal, for evening bookings tour is to be taken prior to meal. All meal reservations are subject to availability. All bookings are non-refundable.
